Jenell Gabra serves as Executive Support & Client Relations Specialist at Mason & Associates, Inc., where she is dedicated to ensuring clients receive the highest level of care, organization, and support throughout their life planning journey.

After taking time away to raise her three children—Marlow, Braylin, and Camden—Jenell was excited to return to Mason & Associates in 2023, bringing both her professional expertise and a renewed perspective shaped by her experiences as a mother. She takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident.

Beyond the office, Jenell is actively involved in her community and her children’s education. She serves on the PTO Board at their school and stays engaged in their many extracurricular activities—cheering Camden on at soccer, supporting Braylin’s basketball team, and watching Marlow shine in theater. She and her family are also active members of their church community, where Jenell teaches Sunday school alongside her husband, Joey, who serves as Music Director for the praise service. Jenell’s ability to balance professional excellence with family, faith, and community involvement reflects her deep commitment to service, connection, and leadership—values that align seamlessly with the mission of Mason & Associates.

Jane Shin joined the firm in October 2025 and serves as the Legal Assistant to Thomas Mason, Esq. She brings over eight years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and human resources, allowing her to deliver attentive, detail-oriented support to clients on a wide range of matters. 
Jane is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she earned her degree in Public Health. Her academic background, combined with her professional experience, has shaped her commitment to being organized, attentive, and compassionate in her approach to client service.

Jane was drawn to the firm because of its values, particularly the emphasis on building meaningful relationships, closely aligning with her own. Growing up in a close-knit Korean community in Torrance, she witnessed firsthand the importance of trust, connection, and supporting one another. She brings that same community-focused mindset to her work every day.

Outside of the office, Jane enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips with her younger sister. She also has a creative side and often dives into new arts and crafts projects, from scrapbooking to painting. On the weekends, she loves going to music shows and festivals with friends. 

Roxy, our spirited 4-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, proudly serves as the Chief of Emotional Support at Mason & Associates. She takes her duties seriously, from alerting us when UPS or FedEx arrive to providing comfort and joy during the tougher days. With her playful energy and big heart, Roxy never fails to bring smiles to the office and remind us to slow down and appreciate the little things. More than a pet, she’s a loyal teammate, a source of encouragement, and an irreplaceable member of the Mason & Associates family.
